Ahmed Alghafri a49bb560bd Add cross-platform path handling (#89) 
Add cross-platform path handling support

- Add sanitizePath, joinPath, buildOutputPath utilities
- Add operatingSystem to Settings interface
- Replace hardcoded Windows paths with dynamic path handling
- Support Windows, Linux, and macOS
